1. Our company adopts automatic assembly line for high chromium grinding ball heat treatment, the heating time, heating temperature, holding time, holding temperature and quenching process are fully automatic control, the quality is guaranteed, and we use oil quenching, which is rarely used in domestic production of grinding ball with diameter greater than 60. Compared with other processes, the hardenability of the grinding ball is greatly improved and the surface texture of the grinding ball is more uniform, although the cost is increased. In December 2007, our company cooperated with the Beijing Institute of Technology and successfully applied the magnetic spectrum aging technology to the grinding ball field, which is the first one in the same industry in China. Under the same conditions, the service life of grinding ball can be increased by 5-15% . This makes our company in the same industry competition in the comparative advantage.
